A system built for the rich,
and a "democracy" for all.
Freedom, is an illusion.
Masked by the ideas of the wealthy.
Free will is restrained,
for I cannot kill a man without punishment.
So thus, I am not free.
Nor are you, or you.
Or even you, the white collars.
The ones who steal from the rich,
and return home.
Nine hundred thousand dollar homes.
Built on the land once healthy.
City streets are but a burden to you,
and some call it home.
A society of hypocrisy,
and a land of dishonesty.
But who can I blame?

wat. I've been doing a lot of research on freedom, democracy, and all sorts of cool western ideas. Cool!

There is no better example of Darwinism -- survival of the fitest. However, we often step in to save the weak and infirm -- people with mental retardation and the elderly. So I guess our sense of right and wrong in, a conscious, interfers with total freedom. Nice piece.

I just read some words by Noam Chomsky and it got me thinking about people, and how we naturally are. The question posed to him is "People are naturally competitive, so thus a capitalist living is the only one en which will work." or something of the sort. He replied with how we're naturally everything we are, mass murderers, humanitarians, communist, freedom fighters, shit like that. So my point is, our existence is in the way of our freedom.

I find it interesting that we humans are the only ones that regularly question our right to exist as we are -- in fact some of us make a conscious choice to voluntarily exit the planet. In my opinion not a good choice.

My opinion is on the motive, not the act. If it's redundant, like over a boy, or girl, or something, then it's fucking stupid. But if it's like "I hate human existence, me being alive is a hypocrisy that shouldn't be." then I'm alright with it.
